IVF success stories (first time) please/anyone else in IVF 2WW??

Im 3dp5dt. I’m so nervous it’s not going to be successful and I don’t want to get excited thinking I’ll have a newborn in April. I’ve just turned 30, we have unexplained secondary infertility. We got 10 eggs, 6 fertilised normally and got 3 blasts. So 1 back in and 2 frozen!

If anyone has any positive, success stories I’d love to hear them and also if anyone’s at same stage in the 2WW be nice to chat!

Me and my husband have been doing IVF. We have had PGD testing on our embryos. This was out third round and we had two embryos without the condition but only one thawed properly. We had the transfer yesterday and now we're waiting. Finding it all a bit stressful as obviously with the second embryo not thawing this is our only chance. It's going to be a really difficult wait and don't want to get my hopes up but obviously don't know what happens if unsuccessful really. Definitely don't think I can go through any more IVF due to costs and just mental and physical strain.

We were incredibly fortunate and got pregnant first time with IVF

Unexplained fertility issues (although to be honest very likely on my end due to chronic immune issues and previous abdominal surgeries)

8 eggs collected
4 fertilised
1 C+ day 5 blastocyst transferred

Little one is now 20 months old and we are looking at trying again.
