What time of day to test with FRER

At what time of the day should we test with frer ?

The internet manual said you can do it anytime. I tested in the evening few days back.BFN

Got one more left. So need to use it wisely 😁

My periods are delayed. I have pcos so i am if its because of pcos

No positive pregnancy test till yesterday 😣

Pcos is making ttc more harder.

I’m sorry I can’t help with the answer of when to test, but I can fully sympathise as I have PCOS so feel the struggle of TTC. We are currently TTC #1 and on cycle 19.
This week I experienced mild cramping and spotting on CD17, hoping that was ovulation although I didn’t track as it frustrates me how difficult it is to track with PCOS.

First wee of the day is supposed to be the best. But I’ve found FRERs very sensitive even very early on and throughout the day so if it’s a BFN I am sorry but it’s probably accurate
