Just looking for a bit of advice and wondering if anyone took any specific vitamins or dietary supplements which they believe helped get them to their BFP?
We have been trying on and off for around 18 months now. After a few months off we have just returned back with a BFN on our first cycle :(.
I've always taken folic acid when we have been actively trying to conceive but in addition today I have started to take vitamin B and Vitex Fruit suppliment.
Has anyone had any experience taking these and any other recommendations so we may finally see a BFP?
