Am I pregnant or is it retained tissue?

Long story - I had my miscarriage SMM on the 22/06 I had a negative test on the 29/06 and found out on the 04/07 there was still retained tissue (not enough for solutions as it would pass naturally) again another negative test on the 06/07 and 12/07.

I’ve then done a test today 18/07 and it’s showing a very faint line to indicate pregnancy? It shows better on my other test but I’m unable to upload the picture! I’ve not had a period yet (due on today) but just feel off like I did when I was pregnant last time.

has anyone experienced anything similar? Thankyou x

It's highly possible you could be pregnant again.... But also if you have retained tissue and haven't had a period yet to expel it then it's could be that too.... Although the previous negatives would be confusing. It's one of those.... Wait and see if it gets darker situations I guess. Sorry for your loss... I had mmc early may, retained tissue also and infections due to that, 1st period was 30th June!! Now in my tww to see if we've managed to conceive again 🤞

It’s so frustrating isn’t it! I’m also sorry you’ve had to deal with that too, I thought opting for surgery would eliminate risks of retaining tissue. I also ended up with an infection too and a infected vein so I’ve been on so many antibiotics the first few weeks.

im now thinking could these feelings just be my period coming (as I’m guessing it will be horrendous with it being my first) but I was just flabbergasted on my first test I did, the one I can’t post where I saw the light line straight away. It’s so hard to not get your hopes up isn’t it! X

It's hard, I got my hopes up last month coz I ovulated before my first period n I was convinced I was pregnant again but unfortunately I wasn't, I had such bad period symptoms from 2 weeks before my period came that's why I was convinced it was pregnancy... Tbh the period itself wasn't too bad at all! Lasted an extra 2 days just brown spotting but apart from that pretty normal. If I was you I'd test again tomorrow morning see what happens.... Don't lose hope yet it could very well be a new pregnancy 🤞
