8 dpo symptoms… is this a good sign?

Hey,

new here so apologies if I am lacking the correct etiquette etc.

so me and hubby had given up trying due to my age… had some promising signs in May but got many BFN’s and AF came with force and we decided not to try and to not not try instead.

this cycle we dtd CD11 got a positive LH test CD12 so probably ovulated CD13.

5-7DPO I had a lot of lower back pain, terrible wind, bloating and an almost insatiable hunger.

8DPO I woke up with no pain, but super
tired and crazy tinnitus (no idea if that’s a thing?) found a test in the bathroom and it was a BFN. This afternoon I have had heartburn that’s got progressively worse I had convinced myself it was psychosomatic. Then this evening I got some random nausea thats sticking around (like motion sickness)

im too scared to test again AF is due on the 23rd but I’m not sure I can wait that long!

please stop me going out my mind between now
and then! Haha and when would you suggest I test again because it’ll happen haha

any similar experiences/ stories would be greatly appreciated

Morning! Definitely sounds like encouraging symptoms but my advice is to wait to to test. This early you’re likely to get a BFN even if you are pregnant. I’ve been testing since 7DPO 😂 but with my first pregnancy I didn’t get a BFP until a week after my period was due!

I felt extremely nauseous yesterday and had the crazy hunger/cravings the day before. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Oh if I had had more tests in the house I would have probably taken them all by now! 😂

dont know if I’m the only one who does this but worst part is waking up in the morning and doing the mental check to see if the symptoms are all there still before getting up! but being still horizontal means it isn’t obvious and then I second guess myself until I do finally get up and the symptoms are more obvious again 😂

how many DPO are you now? Fingers crossed for you too!
