Clearblue flashing high to blank circle next day

Anyone had this happen?
I've had all the symptoms . Ecwm. Ovulation pains for days. Increased drive and then got a flashing smiley.
Next day blank circle.
Tried a new second holder and new test to double check and it was blank circle aswell.
Has anyone went from high to blank.
have definitely not ovulated yet.
Have I just failed to ovulate?
I'm concerned this means the egg is ready to go but now will be deteriorating waiting around for my body to try figure it out. I think that's what happened me last month aswell as they said the follicle was abnormal when I was finally ovulating as it was day 30.

One way to see if youve ovulated is to ask gp 4 a 21 day progesterone test
Or buy a next day delivery one on super drug online

Its advised to do clear blue twice a day

Maybe u ovulated in pm of day that it was flashing

Maybe not.

Do you track your temp?

Hey , yes I track temp and also use two other cheapie tests. I've definitely not ovulated yet. My temps are never wrong and I usually have my surge over 2 days so have never missed it .
My cheap tests have never been unreliable.
I think its just the clearblue one picks up on estrogen so I seem to have surged enough estrogen to trigger it but then it's completely dropped off again. I'm not sure if that's normal or not .
Gp won't offer a blood test as I've already had a 21 day blood test prior and post is very slow here as I'm in a rural area so I wouldn't even get a kit ordered online in time but I know i definitely haven't ovulated yet. Been tracking for a year and it's never been wrong. Only started using the clearblue ones

I used to be frustrated with cheap sticks but it showed ovulation lines last night - in sync with peak clear blue yest eve
That peak clever blue yest eve was just high fertility yest am
Can change in half a day etc

I thought once they detected a flashing smiley result it would stay at that for X number of days until it detected a peak?

Also dont take note of the other one you did - the 1st day of CB is (i think) always a empty circle as it is taking the base reading.
