Advice on secondary infertility please!

Been TTC for nearly 3 years, we already have a DD. Had lap, tubes clear, Clomid didn't work - DH & I all fine on paper, but still no baby. Any advice welcome!

That's right, Atilla. I didn't say all - I said many. I'm not trying to make it sound easier than it is. I think it's important that men are made aware of all the self help measures that do work before they go down the assisted conception road. Some doctors don't discuss this with couples.
