Heartburn/indigestion during TWW, a sign?

Second TWW trying to convince DC3 and I’m having the worst indigestion/heartburn for the past three days - currently only 4DPO!

The only time I’ve suffered with it previous to this is around the 30+ week mark in my last two pregnancies.

Is it possible it’s a super early symptom? With my second DC I was constipated during the TWW but was told it was just coincidence at the time…

Probably just being hopeful and symptom spotting 😂

I’m also getting this! So bad it’s making me feel sick, usually get it in the TWW I think it’s the rise in progesterone, but not this bad! Xx
