New exhaustion during period after mc

OMG, has anyone else experienced horrendous fatigue and exhaustion during their first period after a mc? I had a horrible mc in May eventually with a D&C. This is my period period since the mc and I've never had exhaustion like this during periods before. It's unbearable, I'm having to lie down most days and working FT (luckily mostly WFH). Is this a thing anyone else has had?

Yep here 🙋‍♀️ my AF has just finished today but the past 6 days I've been absolutely shattered!!! Like don't want to move or get up or even dressed kind of shattered! Weird isn't it xx

@Sunflowering possibly but I think unlikely, I didn't really have much bleeding and the last time I had bloods done around the mc time all was ok so I think it's probably hormonal but still very weird

@Kellyaust oh how weird!! We're twinning through this, glad to know it's not just me. It's been like 1st trimester fatigue for me, sounds like for you too, never ever had anything similar around period at all and I didn't really bleed any more than normal, stopped now just like you. So weird but maybe some adjusting hormones or something. I really hope it goes away now I'm not bleeding, it's been crippling

Yeah it's been horrendous, I thought I would've been heavier with AF tbh, but to say that I did have some more brown spotting today and I'm on CD8 🤦‍♀️ nightmare not knowing what your body is doing after an MMC seems to take forever to level out, fingers crossed for the both of us this cycle 🤞🌈

@Kellyaust me too but it's been normal/light I think after the mc. Hopefully things settle down soon for us both
