LH has shot up on CD4.... Any ideas? Pic attached

So first AF after my mmc and I'm on CD4 and my LH has shot up suddenly.... Any ideas on what's going on?

Are you still on AF? My understanding is that LH strips aren't anything until they are positive, so fluctuations like this don't necessarily mean anything. That said, I definitely know with mine when it starts to rise before the surge. Maybe you're gearing up to ovulate early this month. It's very common for cycles to be a bit messed up after a loss - my first after my MMC was shorter than usual (24 days instead of 28/29) so it could just be that? I'd just keep tracking and keep an eye on things and hopefully it will level out. 🤞🏻

Thank you, I'm on CD4 and had no blood today.... Usually I bleed for 5 to 7 days so very unusual for me. I'll keep an eye on it see what happens it's all so confusing after a loss isn't it 🤦‍♀️
