3 cycles of clomid. BFN. Should I continue?

I'm ready to start my 4th cycle however I just don't know what to do really.
First 3 resulted in BFN
The doctor told me If you haven't got pregnant in the first 3 cycles then it's not going to work for you.
Has anyone actually conceived on cycle 4, 5 or 6? I don't know to bother continuing this or not. I don't want to keep messing with my hormones and having side effects if it's not going to help.

I used leteozole, I know it's not clomid but it's basically the same. I conceived on cycle 5. I don't know what your situation is, but for me I wasn't ovulating at all without the leteozole and I did 4 (possibly 5 but can't be certain) out of the five cycles so as long as you're ovulating I'd say you have a chance right?

If you doctor is ok with it, you can afford it and you want to continue I'd say give it another few months. If you aren't sure if you're ovulating maybe get the to try you on a different medication
