@CinderRosie I'm giving SMEP for the first time this month I'm currently on CD12 so dtd CD8.. CD10...will be tonight then Thursday Friday Saturday... IF I peak on time, if not then I'll adjust it. Will see how it goes 🤞

I'm CD11 and have randomly started bleeding... don't normally spot in the middle of my cycle, LH tests still showing low LH. surely this can't be implantation bleeding? Or ovulation? Could it just be the remains of my period coming out? It's red blood, now brown.

@LlamaMamma that is strange. Never experienced that myself. Was your last period normal?

I've recently started taking Impryl as a supplement as my gynae recommended it to both my husband and I (not on the basis of any fertility issues she's found, she just said she's seen a lot of couples have success with it) so I'm wondering if it's from that. Also now panic googling all the ingredients in case I've caused damage or disturbed my usually very regular cycle

Hi.. want some advice please... I've woke up today with a BBT temp dip.. was 36.83 yesterday and it's 36.64 today and some dark brown spotting.. very light.. I'm 12 DPO today.. could it be implantation spotting or is it too late and is AF on her way? I'm just praying for a BBT rise tomorrow or Day after again and planning to test at 16dpo which is Sunday if I can wait that long 😬

@mahii95 it could be implantation spotting but I think a BBT drop would have happened a few days ago when it actually implanted. I'm no expert though. What was your BBT today?

12DPO for me today, pale pink spotting isn't really ramping up like it would usually do before AF but another BFN on easy @ home this morning so still 99.9% sure I am out and my spotting will increase tomorrow and Friday an full AF on Saturday. Flo predicting AF for Saturday. I hate this part of the TWW, you know you're out but AF won't even appear to let you start the next cycle!

How is everyone else doing?

This mornings test at 9dpo. I do think I see something on the test and I've never had an evap on these. What do you all think?

Well I had another bfn today at 12DPO.

On a plus note, my repeat test progesterone was normal. So I assume this means I ovulated last cycle, but I probably didn’t ovulate the one before. Which can be normal I think.

My plan is to stop “trying” (no more bbt or OPKs) and just let things happen if they happen.

@HavinKittens so glad your results came back normal. The relaxed approach sounds like a good one. Were your BBTs and OPks suggesting last cycle that you didn't O?

I'm CD24 and havent ovulated yet this month which is late for me - will feel really frustrated if I end up in anovulatory cycle so here too hoping its stil coming before that never ending dreaded 2ww.

Also have seen so many annoucements this week on instagram which has made me a little sad and get that 'wish that was me feeling'.

However my best friend who has been trying to concieve since 2019 - she was waiting for her gynae appt to come through for almost 18m - found out she was pregnant a week before her appointment date! She had lost all hope so so pleased for her.

@Unicorn25 looking positive, hope you see progression and can confirm in coming days.

@Optimistic66 I am relieved that hopefully this tests shows I am ovulating at least some of the time. My temp on the cycle that I didn’t ovulate was all over the place, up and down, so I guess that was my main indicator. The OPKs were pretty normal that cycle though so I wouldn’t be able to tell from those in future.

Just to update you all. Managed to get hold of a frer this afternoon. Eeek, feeling a bit nervous. This just goes to show that the easy@home tests must be pretty good sensitivity wise! Would definitely recommend.

The legs up the wall didnt work - can confirm its a MYTH.

i've just brought a clearblue fertility monitor (the £100 ones) however second hand from FB for £30 because im sure at some point i will fling it out the window. However those blimmen sticks are SO EXPENSIVE - and with these super long cycles - im going to get through boxes.

If this is an anovulatory cycle - when do you get your period so i can move on to the next hopefully ovulatory cycle????????

Also have you tried BBT @HavinKittens - How did that look for you

@HavinKittens bbt can be very reassuring to confirm you’ve ovulated. I use fertility friend with the vip membership and there are lots of good features and info within the app. I am quite lucky that I started chatting when TTC my first so have those ovulation and pregnancy charts to refer to (although 10 years ago, it’s amazing how little actually changes )!

Yes I tracked my bbt for 3-4 cycles now. I can definitely see a difference in the cycle where I ovulated vs the one I didn’t. But I’m going to stop all tracking now just to give myself a break.

@Optimistic66 I think I also haven't OV this month I'm on CD 21 after a MC last month so I wonder if I did early/ will be late.. who knows. Its so frustrating isn't it.
