High prolactin and LH, low progesterone

Does anyone have any experience with what this combination could mean on a day 21 test? I didn’t get peak ovulation this month on OPKa but my LH started rising just before period and is still high (but no positive test)

On day 21 I had:

  • high prolactin (outside the high range)
  • high LH (outside range)
  • low progesterone (less than 1)

So as LH rises, its the surge that's responsible for releasing the egg.
After ovulation , levels drop but they rise again just before your period, so that in itself is normal.
It could also be that your body is just trying really hard to ovulate and
From the information youve given, i think the most likely scenario here is that you haven't ovulated this cycle.
It's called an anovulation cycle. You can surge LH but even getting a positive on a ovulation test isn't actually a guarantee your body will pop the egg.
Your progesterone hasn't risen, its less than 1 which means you have not ovulated this month.
Your prolactin is high , that's something that you need to get looked at as high prolactin can interfere with conception. ( my prolactin was retested by fertility clinic due to this reason)
Your LH is high .. to be honest there are several different reasons for this and without knowing your whole hormone profile it's impossible to know.

Are tour cycles regular ?
How old are you ?
