Did I likely ovulate on the one day I missed?

Hi everyone

I’m brand new to all this and on cycle 1 so still finding my feet! Partner and I went away this weekend but I forgot my lh tests. Is it likely I ovulated on CD16?

I had some ewcm and very minor cramping but because I forgot the bloody tests and I don’t know if I did or not! The big drop today is making me think I did though. Thank you in advance

Yeah possibly. I notice you're usually testing quite late in the afternoon - it might be worth (in future cycles if you don't catch this time) to test at different times like early in the morning, lunchtime or early afternoon. I typically get my strongest OPK around midday-3pm, but occasionally I'll get my strongest OPK around 8pm. I never get strong tests with the first wee of the day, other women do. So it's different for every woman. Also try and test twice a day when you're close to ovulating, it'll give you the greatest chance of catching your peak test. Good luck 😊

thank you for the advice. I’m trying to get my head round it all this month so that next month I’m much more certain on everything!
