Faint positive or evap line?!

Hi all, im new to ttc. I’m due on my period in 3 days but couldn’t resist testing early. I used a cheap test and within the first 2 minutes i had a second faint line, yes it’s very faint but i can see it! Is this a faint line or evap? Thanks!

I’d say this is positive- mine looked like this at 9DPO :-)

Looks positive to me too. Try again in a couple of days.

I left it and checked it again after 20/30 minutes and it is a little darker the first image was taken a few mins after testing. I’ll do another tomorrow but have the urge to do another now😂 thank you both

That looks like an early positive to me :) do you have the same FMU sample to try again? If you haven’t (and you’ve already drunk something this morning) I’d maybe wait until tomorrow to retest as the next sample will be less concentrated.

Ahh so exciting! I do but have already drank coffee so will wait until tomorrow incase it says something different to stop my mind racing all day! I will post an update tomorrow.

I have had no real symptoms except needing to pee the last 4 days more than usual esp on a night, keeping my fingers crossed

I have been reading your answers on this and would like to get your opinion on this test. I am 7 days late and been TTC for more than 2 years. I took the test and seemed negative so left it there and forgot about it, one hour later I picked it up again and it showed this second line. I am afraid it is just evap line. What do you think? Thanks!

Faint Line Or Evap?
had a misscarrage a month and 2 weeks ago,still had no period.
took a test and this came up

@MLouise13 That looks like a faint line to me. If you haven’t tested negative after your miscarriage (sorry for your loss) then I’d be inclined to get your hCG tested to see if it’s rising. Otherwise you might have retained tissue. Hopefully it’s a new pregnancy 🤞🏻

I had negative tests after my miscarriage,that test is my first positive 6 weeks after x
