Please can someone help me understanding my opk’s

I’m driving myself mad, all I can think about is ‘have I conceived?’ And ‘have I even ovulated’ and ‘why are my easy@home tests showing 0.68 when my peak was 4 days ago!’ Does anyone have any clue? Or is this a normal thing that happens? It’s not registering as a high reading on the Premom app but it’s still higher than what it was before I had my peak. I’m just starting to think that I haven’t actually ovulated and it’s worrying me 😔

It’s just taking a bit longer for lh to drop nothing to worry about.

Have you taken a pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant? I’ve seen girls on here post similar to you and then are advised to take a pregnancy test and turns out their pregnant with such high readings on OPKs.

also, are you taking anything like Macca root? I found that gave me more high readings the month I took it but only lasted 24 hours, usually I get 1 high & my peak and then it immediately drops.

No definitely not pregnant, I have really long cycles and usually ovulate around day 30. Just done another test and it’s gone down to 0.47 so I think it’s coming down now hopefully 🤞🏼
