My cycles are usually 33 days with ovulation around day 18.

This month my app was saying ovulation was day 16? Not sure why as usually it tied in with what I thought.

we dtd on cd 13 and cd 18 so I don’t think that’s enough is it ? Especially if the app is right (but I really don’t think so and no idea with a regular cycle why it was different this month ?!!)

I haven’t even got any tests so can’t start testing early plus not even sure how many dpo so I’ll just have to wait to see if day 33 comes and goes

You can't go by an app, it's just a guide.
Do you get any ovulation symptoms?

Yes the usual EWCM but days 14-19 so never just one day . I had ovulation pain I think late on day 16 I can’t use ovulation tests as they don’t work for me at all for some reason (although I do ovulate)

There's always a chance as it only takes once in your fertile window, however if no luck this month, I think I'd be aiming to dtd a bit more, especially if not tracking ovulation. If I were you with EWCM typically between days 14-19 I'd be aiming at DTD something like cd12,14,16,17,19,20. Good luck!
