Hi
I had my progesterone levels checked at 7dpo they cone back at 15.7 nmol/L does this mean I am ovulating or not, I find all of this kind of thing so confusing.

Thank you

I was told progesterone needed to be above 30 nmol/l to confirm ovulation

My GP told me it needs to be over 30 for nhs to confirm ovulation for sure

Hi. I had mine tested a couple of months back and it was 23nmol/l which I was gutted by but my fertility consultant was happy that I had ovulated.
When I researched more I think that level indicates ovulation but may be that the blood sample wasn't actually taken at 7dpo.

	30-65.5 nmol/L — this indicates that you’ve ovulated
15.2-30 nmol/L —this indicates that it's possible you've ovulated but you might have done the test too early in your cycle
	0-15.2 nmol/L — this indicates that you haven’t ovulated
