Please help!!!

Hi all, so I bought 2 first responses off Amazon and these were the 2 from this morning. Then I took a boots test and a digital, see pic for the boots one and the digital was negative. I know people say there’s no such things as a false positive, but could it be an evap and faulty tests? The reviews on Amazon say a few others have had false positives? What do you think? Thanks x

I know! I couldn’t believe it. I was so glad I did the dipping in a cup method and had another or I would have assume it was a BFP. It was minor crushing vs soul destroying!

I did another one straight after too, this was my second one. I swear I can see a little line in the second one of yours though too…

Negative clearblue and cheap strip test and numark test this morning 🤷🏻‍♀️ will attach pics…not sure if a very very VERY slight line on the numark, so will zoom in on that one. But just think those first response ones were faulty tbh 🙄 x

I completely share your frustration! I’ve also had very faint lines on FRER ordered from Amazon this month! I’ll attach pictures although mine are super faint, these were taken at 10 DPO and 11 DPO, I then had a negative clear blue at 12 DPO. I haven’t tested since then as it was messing with my emotions. I’m not 14 DPO and won’t be testing again until tomorrow!

I really hope yours is the start of a BFP!

It does mess with your emotions so much, it’s awful. I wondered why I couldn’t find frer tests in the shops as readily anymore….this is probably why!!! Not reliable at all 😢 I hope you get your positive regardless, not holding out any hope for mine tbh. The tests I took this morning were still negative. Please keep me updated though x

@Jonesey13 I’ve really struggled to get them in shops too! I thought maybe Amazon have so many they’d been lying around a while, even though in date so shouldn’t really make a difference!

I’m not holding out any hope for mine either, would be nice if we were both surprised with a BFP!

I’m honestly tempted to never use a FRER again! This is this morning indent! I’m saying indent because by now you’d expect it to be way darker but I came up even quicker and is darker than my last lot!

I did pee at 4am so my only hope is my urine wasn’t strong enough. I’m fully ready for AF to arrive today though ☹️

I really these are more likely CPs than indents. In the 17 cycles I've been TTC this time round I've not seen a sniff of anything on FRERs...

@curliegirlie I did think it could be a chemical after I got a BFN on a clear blue. My only bit of hope is that the line is darker, although I’m still pretty sure it’s grey not pink ☹️

I’ll do a digital tomorrow morning and make sure I don’t pee in the night!

FRERs are a lot more sensitive than CBs. I'm not saying this will necessarily go anywhere (as I'd also be a bit worried about the lines being such squinters on AF days) but I doubt they're false positive. Everything crossed that it's just being a bit slow though 🤞

Looks exactly like mine did Kali 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m really hoping yours develops more, I’m waiting on a delivery for more frer (not sure why I’ve bought more tbh 🤣) and I’m going to use one on water and see if it develops a line. Did more more other tests this morning and still nothing (see pic). My spotting has stopped too, thought it would just lead into af but it’s completely stopped 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I’m due on in a couple of days 🤣 so confusing lol! Still think I’m out though. I’d definitely try another in the morning if I was you, and don’t drink much after 7pm-get your wee more concentrated xx

AF arrived for me too yesterday. I’ll be avoiding early testing and FRER next month I think!

@Jonesey13 maybe I’ll stick to eBay next time! I’m going to try an avoid early testing this month so I don’t go throw that rollercoaster again 😅
