Could these be signs pointing to a soon bfp?

So a littleTMI. I had sex and afterwards noticed a glob of ewcm when i went to the loo and wiped. At about 8 dpo I had migraine for 2 days then 10dpo got a sore throat then in the evening had a lot of mucus running dwn the back of my throat. Then 10dpo it continued. 11 dpo woke up in the night with very sore boobs and it still sore at 12 dpo. Could these be signs based on your experiences?

I really dont want to dishearten you especially if youre trying to concieve but I had very similar symptoms in April. I was literally testing every other day lol as my period was late. AF ended up coming 14 days late!
Id say wait for the2 week wait and test or you could buy some tests which pick up pregnancy early 🙈

The only symptom I recognise is the sore boobs, and that can be premenstrual. Good luck.

I plan to wait until I am atleast a week late. Ive never had those before so its very different but the mind can play tricks right.

First time posting on here,
Last night 10 DPO before I went to sleep had a headache that made me feel bit nauseous. Woke up this morning (11DPO) headache is still there, feeling tired, no energy. AF is due on Friday too scared to do an early test, on 4th cycle of TTC (lost first baby last Oct born sleeping) since yesterday my temp has gone up .19.
Any ideas or anyone had similar & had a positive test?
