Spotting 5 days before period due!!!

Hey!
I am just looking for some advice and if this has happened to anyone else.
I came off my pill a few months ago. And I have started spotting yesterday morning 5 days before my period is due. It was pinkish then brown, it stopped then abit of borwn stuff again last night. Today its bits of brown again. Still no proper blood though. I had sex 2 weeks ago. Could I be pregnant I know I won't no unless i take a test. But I done one this morning just a cheap one I had that was negative. I usually only have abit of brown blood the day before I am going to come on my period but still no proper blood. Just wondering has this happened to anybody else before x

Could be implantation bleeding. Give it a couple days for HCG to rise and test again to see if it was xx

Yes I will give it to the weekend and if a proper period doesn't come I will do a clear blue test xx
