I'm naturally a dark blonde but recently dyed my hair dark brown! Just found out I'm anemic again too but dr. Google tells me that doesn't cause me to burn as quick as I did! But of course it says early pregnancy does so again it's just getting my hopes up🤣🤣 probably doesn't help that I only drink like 3 pints of water a day🥲xx

@GeoSmed how long have you been using the ovulation meds? And how long will you be on them for before next steps if you don't mind me asking? (Not that it will come to next steps... you'll be preggers before that! 💕). I just find it so interesting.

@Favofit I'm so sorry about your ectopic. Is it true that your one remaining tube can move between ovaries each month so it catches the egg from whichever side? That's something I was told once and it amazed me but never known if it's actually true or not! Xx

Totally varied clients but tbf I've been working mostly on one for the past year, you're right it helps to know the TOV inside out etc. I fancy going back to travel (my previous agency was travel) or education / the NHS because of the benefits! Haha I love it. You're just too busy 😉

@GeoSmed I love the follicle lesson, thank you! Absolutely fascinating! I don't think you want 19 of those bad boys releasing 🤣 Twins would be dreamy though. One of my best friend's has twins and they are a dream compared to my wild one. 😅 I'd still love twins, my husband wanted them first time round but I think he'd faint. Very unlikely with us!

@dabs9 Omgosh, yes! Obsessed with True Crime podcasts. Loved Serial and S-Town! Not strictly true crime but Believe in Magic and Sweet Bobby are great ones too. Will check out the other you recommended - thanks!

@emmatcc1 Oh I totally forgot about antihistamines and pregnancy. I didn't take any while I was pregnant or breastfeeding, but I'd take them in my TWW if I needed to. Pretty sure there are some that are pregnancy safe, I just never needed any. Sorry that isn't much help!

@LeopardLover oooh I've never heard of Believe in Magic but will give that a go next. Loved Sweet Bobby also! I've listened to loads of Crime Junkie episodes, I like them but they don't go into enough depth for me 🤣

I'm the opposite to you guys, I have a medium skintone and I have to lay out in the sun for ages before I get much of a tan. My husband on the other hand with his Scottish skin ends up looking like a drumstick squashie even looking at the sun! 🤣

Gosh, 9 failed cycles of IVF? That petrifies me honestly. Does it make you anxious following that sort of account? I used to follow a few on tiktok and insta but ended up blocking them because it made me feel too anxious and obsessive about everything. X

@dabs9 It's a new one! I binged it 😅 Oh I'm not sure I've heard of them - I looove detail too. My favourite podcast is Shaken & Disturbed but I've been following them for years since their previous podcast, so I'm committed 🤣 I actually love most of the cbc podcasts, especially Someone Knows Something.

I can understand why you (& many others) would feel that way. It's inspiring to me - knowing there are women out there preserving no matter what! Also really educational. There's so much heartbreak though. Sophie has been through a lot! She lost her twins, but eventually took home a beautiful baby boy! Now she's trying again. It must be even harder when you are a midwife!

I did unfollow a bunch of fitness influencers though, it just made me depressed haha.

@LeopardLover uh you've given me so much to listen to! I've been craving a new podcast since the first season of serial finished but have never found one I liked as much hahaa.

I just looked on her Instagram there and oh my goodness that poor woman! She has really been through utter shit. It does inspire me to see how strong and determined people can be, I just think my anxieties take over a little.

I am actually a midwife and although I haven't been through anything close to what she or a lot of other people have, even just ttc and struggling is bloody hard work some days when surrounded by bumps and babies xx

@LeopardLover are you on about Sophie on BFN / infertile midwife? It’s awful with her twins and losing them. And the infertile midwife I couldn’t cope listening to that. Especially the round of IVF when they had no embryos to transfer. Broke me 😔 yeah nhs would be good and full year mat pay too 😂 tbf my place has quite good mat pay. Wayyyy better than stat!! Does yours? @Amy95 be nice for you too as your work are like a family 🤍
follicle stimming is fascinating but it’s tiring. The amount of hormones can make you a bit mental at times. I cried cuz I got stuck in my jeans with my foot through a rip 😂 then went mental at my hubs telling him he wouldn’t understand. And he was like well yeah obvs I’m male I don’t have ovaries. Twat 😂.

@dabs9 haha no of course I don’t mind. It’s nice that you’re interested 🥰 appreciate it. We have said we’ll do 4 / 5 rounds of this then move to ivf if no luck. This is #3 🤞 in good news tho, we got our IVF funding approved today and it’s sat ready for us to use when we want to 🥹and I’m like you @LeopardLover - it gives me hope those girls keep going and get there in the end. Makes me and all of us think it’s not ‘if’ it’s ‘when’ 🥰🤍 xx

@GeoSmed thank you, the doctors I've pretty much said future conception chances were only lowered by 10%. At the time I remember looking at the scan and asking if they could only move little bean along to the right place and they told me things didn't work like that. Staying hopeful xx

@dabs9 Ah, yes. That first season of Serial 👌🏻 I will say I enjoyed Season 3 but it was completely different. Up and Vanished was a thrill because they started to help solve to crime in real time 😅
