Hello ladies I'm officially on my two week wait 🙌 it's my first time tracking this month so I'm all new to this ..... Me and my partner have been trying now for about 2 years on and off , but this month we've decided to track and jist go for it ... I'm more positive this time around so if you would like to keep me company your welcome x

I vote you squeeze in as much DTD as possible for the rest of the month. It must be exhausting though if you sometimes have long cycles. 😫 You never know, this still could be your lucky cycle!

I don't want to give you false hope, but you can implant as late as day 12! Unfortunately some tests are known for indents 😔 like FRERs (these days). Hopefully your period isn't arriving early and these are just pregnancy cramps. If not, there's always next cycle - as crap as it is. How many cycles have you been trying? @GeoSmed shared some fab stats!

@LeopardLover I'm still getting cramps today and have had them for a week, apparently it can take 4-5 days to implant? This is our 10th month trying and doctors want to do tests on the 12th month on my partner as they've tested me and was fine. I don't usually get cramps the week before but I didn't ovulated until cd 21. Will have to wait another 4 days to test and hope period doesn't arrive! xx

@LeopardLover my temp is still 36.6 too, which is has been since 4dpo, the day I started cramping. Usually it's between 35.8-36.3 so it's not much higher but it's been that temp for 7 days now. Had one day when it was 36.7 but I don't really know much about bbt x

@chlx3 My sharp pains turned into period cramps two days ago which I usually don’t get until af day along with back pain and sore boobs. But my test today 11dpo is negative. I might skip testing tomorrow and do at 13dpo.

That's promising! You want it to stay high. If you have a dip then a rise even higher than before, that's a nice indication of implantation. But it doesn't happen for everyone, it didn't happen for me, mine just stayed high. Annoyingly I only kept my BBT chart until 7DPO the month I fell pregnant with my son, so that's useless.

The 12 month mark is usually the sweet spot for many, so even if you don't fall pregnant yet then it could be next month or the one after. Fingers crossed your partner's sperm analysis helps she'd some light on things!

But remember, you definitely aren't out yet!

@LeopardLover it's so hard to not think I'm out now because I know I still have to wait Atleast 3 days when my period is due, but my temp hasn't changed at all all week so I'm really hoping it stays high! I've got cramps right now and feels like period cramps. I've never been early for my period tho, always on time every month so it's weird for me to be getting cramps now. I'm really hoping if it doesn't happen this month that it will happen by July. I think when I get a bfp it's going to be difficult to believe it 🥲🤞🏼x

This sounds exactly like me! I usually get period cramps then my periods within a couple of hours so it's strange to be cramping already! I'm going to test on 13dpo too on Wednesday! Keep me updated? x

@chlx3 I’ve had early period cramps in previous cycles but they were like one or two cramps a couple days earlier but yesterday they were consistent and today my temp went up by 0.2.

That sounds really positive! Mine went up by 0.1 then back down to 36.6 which it's been all week now. I've been getting cramps since like 4dpo it's just strange x

@chlx3 We’ll find out soon since af is just around the corner but I kind of don’t wanna know and if it’s another negative it’s gonna hurt a bit more this month.

I feel like it definitely hurts more each month seeing the negative 😕 a few more days and we will know for sure x

I feel like I’m gonna go crazy. This morning a huge hive appeared on my left hip. It’s not an insect bite as there is no bite mark and it only itched for a moment now it not bothering me it just a huge patch of raised skin. I googled what it could be and I found it could be a pregnancy sign? I’ve never had allergy hives and thus is the first time I experience this.

I'm covered in some itchy rash too. Appeared yesterday and have no clue what it is x

Ah okay. So is your bmi contributing did they say or not? I know they’re so strict with ivf and me and my husband had to have a bmi between 19–25 to qualify. It’s as if they try and give as many reasons as possible to decline people. They’re shit.

@GeoSmed yea I'm 32. The Dr said it would be worth trying to bring it down because my cycles have become so irregular the last 6 months but in all honestly I don't think that's what is causing the irregularity. My weight has always been quite consistent but I do want to lose some weight regardless to give the IVF maximum chance of success! We just have to be BMI less than 30 for the IVF.

Aw yay!! That's amazing news! So there's a chance of conceiving twinnies this cycle for you?! I have younger sisters who are twins and honestly I think it would be the dream haha. Xx

Yeah that’s her game plan. Look cute and adorable, then when you’re not looking, get your ankles and puncture them. She’s perfected this tactic and now chases you up the stairs. It’s like an emotional rollercoaster living in my house.

oh nice. Do you know who they are or are they an external?. It’s always so hard when you get a new boss. I had a similar thing when a bunch of people got made redundant and now I have a different director. Do you have some good clients or they all boring ones? 😂 I’ve only done agency once and it was on one account so it was as if I worked in house. Yeah good shout on the testing. so scan was good! I had 2 x dominant follicles which all being well, will be the only ones that the injections grow to release. There was about 30 small ones but they were tiny. Like 2mm where as the big ones were 10mm. Anything above a 13mm will be released when they give you the trigger shot, so another few days of stimming and see where we’re at. Very likely we’ll be releasing double egg 😳🥰

anyway. They say that to anyone who has a slightly higher bmi for anything. They just use that as the answer to everything. Migranes - loose weight. Fertility - lose weight. Endometriosis- lose weight. Sleep issues - lose weight. It’s funny cuz I was listening to a podcast this morning in the gym about it and how you trust drs becuz they’ve had 7 years of med school or whatever but actually, if it doesn’t feel right or you’ve done research and think differently, challenge it. I think we are all too scared to say ‘actually I think you’re wrong’. Me included in that! Sorry rant 😂

do you know what’s causing the irregularity or have a thought on what it is? and has it only been recently you’ve had some changes? Yeah ivf is a killer on the body. If we don’t conceive this month or next on the current method, we’re going to go to IVF but have a 6 week break before so we can prep properly with caffeine, sleep, nutrients etc. it defo helps.
im here if you ever want to chat about it as until someone has been through it, it’s hard for people to understand (not digging out you guys here btw - you’ve been really understanding it’s been lush!)

Ha yeah! After one week stimming last month, I only had 1 x 7mm, so this month I have 2 x 10mm’s already! With about 6 days to go 😬 theirs also a lurking 7 in the background too so could release 3 if that wakes up. Highly unlikely all 3 will fertiliser but you have to be prepared they may. 😶

Sorry you had a negative @chlx3 it is early tho and as @LeopardLover said, you can implant really late. Generally you implant anywhere from day 6-12, so if you conceived back end of your ovulation window, it might be more towards the 12 day than 6.

have you had any changes today bar the rash? How’s your balance etc? X

Hey @emmatcc1 i don’t think I’ve said hey yet! Hope you’re doing okay and I know exactly how you mean about not testing as you have hope when you don’t know, where as when you do, you don’t have hope anymore. Ignorance is bliss right!

@GeoSmed apart from the rash I feel pretty normal, it's just itchy.
