@emmatcc1 i think I’m a day behind you - going to try and wait until at least 10dpo this time but patience isn’t a strength of mine :(

Thanks @Mummy1502 having lots of back pain today and unsure if it's pre AF, due to doing some gardening or a symptoms 🙈 worse symptom spotter going

Do some gentle back stretches, especially if you have been bent over in the garden. Have a little rest and see how you are in a couple of hours? I'd say if muscular it'll likely settle (unless you've pulled something), but otherwise could be a sign 🤞🏻

@KStein thanks for the advice lovely I'll give it a go, took some paracetamol last night and today but hasn't helped much x

Could also try some ice/heat pack, I suffer with muscular back issues all the time and find that 20 mins ice followed by 20 mins heat pack works wonders. Shame we can't take ibuprofen!!

Just went to the toilet and had some yellow tinged ewcm too, sure I've read that's a sign somewhere 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@KStein 13dpo today, waiting till Thursday before I test, I did try a OPK as I've seen other people say they get a positive OPK when pregnant, but was blank, I feel like I'm just being hopeful and AF will probs come tomorrow 😂
