Hey. I am 1DPO today, anybody else? First month trying to conceive our second child (I have PCOS also).

Would be great to have a few ladies in the same boat so we can help each other through the very long wait!! X

Hey, I'm 2dpo I also have pcos so I track ovulation with opks and bbt 😊

I'm annoyed we didnt get to DTD the day I ovulated we managed the night before and the morning after so this month we DTD
CD 7,8,9,11,12,13,15 I ovulated cd14 😫

BUT! this is the best chance weve ever gave ourselves so I'm a little excited to see if we get our BFP finally cycle 22 for us this cycle ❤

@Bellabeemarie Hey!! You are well in with a great chance!!! The day before and after is perfect. When we conceived our first child, we only DTD two days before ovulation and still fell pregnant. And like you, we didn't manage the day of ovulation this cycle.

I have quite long cycles so we DTD cycle day 17,18 and ovulated day 19!

@mashm24 my cycles was horrific ive not done anything different or taken any vits or anything but the last 6 months my cycles have gone from 35 days down to 29 last cycle I ovulated cd 16 last cycle and cd 14 this cycle so I think AF will be due 23rd cd28 🤞

If I wasnt using opks and charting I wouldn't have a clue ov has come forward to cd14!

I'm the most obsessed person in the 2ww! I think being cycle 22 I'm getting impatient now and I think this cycles BFN is going to get to me sooooo much 😩 I was ready to throw the towel in after this cycle but oh has asked to give it another 6 months 🤦‍♀️ xxxx

@Bellabeemarie it's a good sign they are becoming more regular. Mine can range from anywhere between 28 - 37 days recently so it's really hard to tell when ovulation will be, so ordered the strip this month!

Definitely don't throw the towel in. With PCOS it takes a lot longer to conceive, but it's not impossible at all. I was told by my gynaecologist to give it a good 2 years before reaching out for help. Have you been to a doctor at all yet?

@mashm24 yeah was diagnosed last June and they have done a referral to fertility clinic but the wait is like 9+ months for initial app 😩 that's why I wanted to give up for a while until the app comes through will be end of this year, beginning of 2024 xxx

I am also in my TWW I am 4DPO today :) We have been trying since October and then had a chemical in January, Since then I have had covid so a month of no OV so Im hoping this is the month we finally get our BFP

I also Obsess over the TWW which isnt ideal

Hey @Soph2512 - welcome!! The more the merrier, the wait is soo hard. Sorry about your chemical, really hope you get your BFP this month!! Any symptoms yet?

I remember last pregnancy I could taste metal around 5dpo!

Thank you, I haven't really I have had EWCM this morning though,I cant remember my last pregnancy symptoms in 2021. With the chemical at 7/8DPO I had such sore boobs and weeing so much by 11DPO

@Soph2512 ahh same as you. I woke up to quite a lot of EWCM this morning which I don't usually get post ovulation, but it's so ridiculously early for me, it's probably absolutely nothing!

@mashm24 ooo did you, did you track OV with tests this month? or is there a possibility you could be later?

My cm is usually thick creamy post ov till about 5/6dpo then it goes a little watery for a couple of days then dry, I remember with my last 8 yrs ago by about 10dpo I had alottttttt of cm... also I cant use cervical position because mines weird even when i ov it's never really that high it only seems to go high about 8dpo then drops right down cd2 x

@Bellabeemarie ohh that's interesting maybe mine is doing the same sort of thing then, I'm just going to keep a eye out and then hope really. I used to track everything on Ovia but they have discontinued it in the uk so i have lost all of my data from my last two pregnancies :(

@Soph2512 oh that's crap isnt it! I didnt keep track when ttc the others.... but this time with pcos my gp said to bbt and use opks and use a app, so I purchased ovusense for my bbt and I use fertility friend although fertility friend has my fertile period a week later than it actually is so it's a good job I'm temping and using opks really! Coz my cycles changed so much over the past 6 months it's taking its time changing with ff xxx

@Bellabeemarie It really is but its one of those things and now im un able to compare which probably for a anxiety thing is a good thing.
Which OPK's do you use? We use The clear blue but they are soo expensive.

Yesss we did but I got a positive LH test and then a negative the next day. So not sure if I'm 2DPO or 1DPO.

My cm today is very clear and very sticky, and there's a lot. More than pre ovulation. It's probably always the case and I just never notice haha.

@Soph2512 I'm using the clear blue ones as well.

I'm using ic opks but they always give me a good +opk

Oh actually mine are premom ones! I saw the blue and thought clear blue 😂

I got my peak Tue 2pm and felt ov from about 8pm so my egg pops within a few hrs of my +opk

Temp dropped tue before my +opk and rose again wed we dtd tue and thur morning so I'm hopeful this cycle just means I'm going to symptom spot like crazy!

@mashm24 I have the Smiley Face ones, just because i dont want any confusion ha!

I got s flashing face saturday then a static face sunday monday, So i assume that means Ov was Sunday? I also had my EWCM on Thursday/ Friday...

We DTD Every day bar Sunday though 🙈

Last pregnancy I got a positive 8dpo - but going to try and hold out for at least 10 days this time. When will you guys test?

@mashm24 I usually test for 6dpo 😱 I'm the worst!

Every cycle I say I'm not going to test till AF but I lie to myself so much! Maybe I'll just say f it and test like normal this month hahahaha would like to try and wait till atleast 17th after my sons birthday dont want to bring the mood down after a BFN lol nx fri will be 10dpo I'm aiming to try and hold out till then, how about you ?x

Im going to test on the 17th as well. I will be 10DPO then I got a Positive on my daughter at 9DPO I also have a appointment with the doctor that afternoon so it would work out well.

@Soph2512 @Bellabeemarie ahh the 17th isn't too far away at all. I'm working away next week and back on the 19th so I might hold out until then!

so TMI but..

Ive just been to the toilet and had light pick spotting... do you think this could be early implantation or is it waaaay to early for that?
