Lower back pain - 4 weeks - am I going to miscarry

Trying not to over think but I'm 4 weeks, have had lower back ache all evening. I'm terrified I'm miscarrying again. Am I over reacting. Its an achey feeling.

Hi I just wanted to say lower back ache and stomach cramps were my first early pregnancy signs and I had a healthy pregnancy and baby 🙂

Hi OP, just want to say I know where your coming from with the worry around being pregnant again after a miscarriage! I had a missed miscarriage in feb of this year. And I have found out this week I am expecting again, so only 4 weeks and a few days! Very happy, but absolutely terrified! I have lower back ache, and I have automatically been thinking the worst! Hope everything is okay with you since you posted x
