Implantation bleed - tell me your experiences

Ttc with baby no 2. I had an ectopic pregnancy in November last year and on Sunday got faint lines on a CB test, think I was around 11/12dpo. Last night (14dpo) in bed I had a heavy uterus and period pain like AF was coming (I usually get this 3 days before AF and AF due today/tomorrow) which lasted for an hour or so. When I wiped last night I had some pink spotting on the tissue. Today I’ve been off work with nausea/sickness and diarrhoea and had lower back pain today.
the Spotting has come back but is now between dark rusty blood and pinky blood but only when I wipe.
ugh, think I’m losing this baby and I feel so sad. can you tell me your implantation bleeding/pain stories so I can cling onto some hope?

Sorry I should add I did a CB digital today and it said 1-2 weeks, I did a standard cb test and it showed a faint line still.

I'd go to get checked out tomorrow, if I were you.

I had similar experiences with my first pregnancy, and unfortunately it transpired that my embryo (IVF) had become a blighted ovum. The brown and pink colours of the blood were apparently classic signs of a blighted ovum.

I had no bleeding at all with my second (and only successful) pregnancy, but a lot of period-like cramping, that lasted weeks.

In my most recent pregnancy, over 24 hours I twice had a very small amount of red blood, mixed with discharge, when I wiped. I did feel some period-like pain, too.

I'm not saying that something is definitely wrong with your pregnancy, OP, but you should try to be seen ASAP (which I know is an issue in the UK these days).

Mine was spotting a couple of times like you describe. Pink/rusty with a bit of jelly like discharge. Put a pad on assuming AF was starting but nothing on there at all for the whole day. Next day I was wondering what was going on so did a test and got a very faint line. Wasn’t sure how many DPO I was because I actually had the coil in at the time so it was completely unplanned!
Ring up the EPU in the morning as they’re indicators for scanning are- bleeding, positive pregnancy test and/or pain.
I also had bleeding throughout my pregnancy with my third son as I had placenta praevia, very scary but bleeding doesn’t always mean a miscarriage. Fingers crossed for you x
