Low AMH at 24 years old - chances of conceiving naturally?

Hi everyone! I’m just looking for some advice I guess! I got my AMH results back and they are 4.3 PMol/L which seems to be extremely low for my age range. They said that it might be due to my implant messing with it, but I had that our 5 months ago so I doubt it would impact it for that long??

I’ve looked at forums on other tracking apps/sites and nearly everyone who has low AMH has mentioned how they’ve been told it’ll be near impossible to conceive naturally and to do IVF. This has really confused me as my doctor has written in my letter that low AMH doesn’t affect natural conception if you ovulate which I assume I do as I have very regular periods.

Has anyone got any advice in this area? Im
now just scared I won’t conceive naturally and will waste some of my limited eggs attempting to!

I'm 18 years older than you but I conceived naturally 9 months ago with a amh of 3. It's certainly possible.
