Well after a chemical pregnancy and a 62 day cycle (normally very regular 30 days) I finally ovulated two days ago!
Does anyone do anything to aid implantation?

My guess is that the answer is nothing helps and it’s just up to chance but I’m curious if anyone does anything to help/has helped in the past

I heard that pineapple helps- the bromelin in the core is an enzyme that is meant to help implantation. Just to reiterate, you need to eat the whole thing (minus the peel) so fruit and core as well.

Also pomegranate juice to thicken your uterine lining.

I think beta caertine rich foods too- think sweet potato and Carrots, as well as warming foods like soups and stews.

Good luck!

I asked a similar question and was advised pineapple and Brazil nuts. I have also googled like mad and read about pomegranate juice, spinach, lentils and beetroot. I’m stocked up with all of these now so we shall see!

Not sure if it was down to this as I had started different vitamins etc the month before, but I walked twice a day, had lots of protein and was off work during the TWW! Could have been just luck that month though!

@Pitstop1986 thanks for that. I’ve heard about pineapple but it seems like hard work to eat the whole thing 😂 I had a scan yesterday (because of the wtf cycle) and they said my uterine lining is normal for mid cycle but I’ll try the pomegranate juice definitely thank you

@Misspotterscat will try and look into this. Good luck for your cycle!

@Charlielechat i have a protein based diet already so fingers crossed. May try the exercise too 😂 thank you 😊

Exercise is good as it increases blood flow to the uterus.

Pomegranate juice before ovulation to thicken uterus, Brazil nuts afterwards to help implantation.

My acupuncturist said try to eat mostly plant based foods, whole grains, warming vegetable stews and soups etc and avoid cold foods like salads. Pomegranate for lining.

Bone broth helps too 😊
