Were going to give SMEP ago this cycle, I have pcos but my cycle length is getting shorter each month. It was 35 days then 34 then 33 then this last cycle it was 29days I ovulated Cd16 last cycle +opk cd15 & 16 and actually felt ovulation for the 1st time 😁 I use ovusense to track BBT too so I'll start OPKS from cd 10 and DTD EOD from CD8

it sounds very tiring but I want to atleast try and give it a bash!x

I am cycle day 3 today And Planning on SMEP this month. I had an unexpected short cycle last month. So I must have missed the true window. Deep down I feel like we could have DTD a little bit more to cover it!

feel a bit like you - nervous about how tiring it sounds but want to try it so at least I can say we tried it that month 😂

Cd5 for me today I've caught a bug so been in bed since yday I'm hoping to not DTD until cd then it might not feel so bad when the marathon starts cd8 xxx
