Cramping gone and no period

Hi all

Was due AF yesterday, she didn’t show but i had really bad painful stabbing cramps at 6pm ish and thought she was on the way. She still didn’t show, so did a test last night which was negative. Had a bowel movement today which usually brings period on, but all i got was milky discharge and some stretchy discharge. Cramps haven’t come back and just no sign of her. Any advise/opinions as to what’s going on?
