Did you get a implantation dip?

Curious as to if any tempers got an implantation dip? And when you tested after the dip.

I know some people get them and some don’t and that it’s potentially a myth

I had a dip yesterday and had some cramping and backache and today have the same cramping and backache and my temp has gone back up again.

This is my first cycle temping so wasn't sure what to expect but yes I got a clear dip the same day as my rapid lh peak, then temp rise the next day which I assume confirms ovulation.

An implantation dip is when the fertilised egg implants. It’s where your temp goes down for a day and then pops back up again. Although reading suggests it’s just a myth but I’ve seen a few BFP charts with it.

Just looked at my chart and I didn't get one, I had a second temp rise and a total LH drop then second rise before bfp. Currently 7+2. Also scrolled back to my chart from previous ectopic and early miscarriage and neither had the temp dip but had a second rise towards AF due date.

I had a temp rise with my last pregnancy but never had a drop even in AF charts.
