Positive ovulation test period a day late

Hi, so iv had a positive ovulation test 2 weeks ago. Along with all the signs that I was ovulating.
My period is a day late but I have tested positive on ovulation test. Negative pregnancy test.
Has this happened to anyone else?

LH rises just before AF.

As above you usually get a rise in LH just before your period. If the pregnancy test was negative then you’ll like start af soon

Tested again this morning and pregnancy test was positive☺️.

Bit confused how the LH was so high for a few days though.
