What to ask at IVF consultation appointment?

We have an hour's consultation coming up with an IVF doctor having done two previous rounds of NHS IVF (got some eggs and embryos but ultimately unsuccessful). Any tips on what to ask? I didn't feel the NHS treatment was really tailored to us (and was generally a bit crap) so really want to ensure we get as much as possible out of this initial consultation before embarking on a treatment plan. What would you ask? Anything you wish you'd asked when you'd started a new round of IVF?
Thank you

Not questions but if you haven't already I would look to see if the doctor specialises in your specific area of infertility. Some will have specific interests so best to go with one with a lot of experience in that area.

Will they have your NHS notes already? Often how you responded previously will help to guide future treatment so if you havent already get those and ask them what they think could be improved from previous protocols.

Thank you. Mix of age and a bit of male factor (which I think most IVF consultants arent great on as they're almost all gynaecologists...) Think we're choosing this guy as highly recommended by friends/others. But yes worth bearing in mind, thank you

Yep got those, thank you although in typical fashion my old clinic has failed to send a load of stuff...
