Pregnancy symptoms before implantation cramps?

Hello, sorry if someone has already posted a question like this but my symptoms are driving me nuts! 😫
So we have been TTC this month and around approx 8 DPO i started getting sore boobs and more sensitivity in that area (which i only experienced with my other pregnancies) i also started to get a headache and back pain. I decided to take a pregnancy test (clearblue 6 days early) even though i felt i was taking it ridiculously too early because it was 7 days before AF.. it showed me a faint positive. I thought maybe it was an evap line so i didnt give it much thought.. the next day i decided to try those cheap strip tests and that showed a faint positive as well so i thought "hmm maybe just maybe i am pregnant".
Then later that day (this was around 10 DPO) i started getting what seemed like implantation cramps and these lasted for around 3 days, first on one side, then the other, the low below.. i intially thought these were period cramps because i thought you can only get pregnancy symptoms AFTER implantation cramps.. but i tested with a strip test again today (now 2 days before AF is expected) and the positive line is alittle more obvious now that before)
I am baffled and confused because i started getting pregnancy symptoms and a faint positive before the cramping started when i have always heard that you get cramps first and then the symptoms later because the HCG levels only rise after the implantation that then cause the symtoms and give a positive?? 😟
Has anyone else had such an experience? Where you got pregnancy symptoms and a positive sooo early and the implantation cramps came later?
Please ease my mind it is driving me crazy!! 🙏

Heyy, I don't think it's possible to get a positive result before implantation. You must have implanted pretty early around 6dpo. Im guessing these new cramps aren't actually implantation and maybe something else to do with the pregnancy. I did have symptoms before a positive pregnancy test last year tho. It's what prompted me to take the test 😊. I think conception can sometimes cause symptoms in some people but you won't get positive test until after implantation when HCG begins to rise.

Best wishes and congratulations to you 😊

@Ttcmumma thank you 😊although im not 100% certain yet.. just waiting to go a couple of days over my AF date to make sure..
I feel every little thing is just freaking me out because i had a MC in November at 8 weeks (i suspect it was because i took allergy tablets which i assumed were safe to use in pregnancy) and i dont want to go through that experience again 😣

@HoneyBunnii

Oh please don't find anything to blame yourself at all! It's scary how often miscarriages happen and for no reason at all.

With my son who was unplanned, I smoked (when I didn't know), had surgery when I was 4 weeks pregnant, which is actually when I found out I was pregnant but the surgery had to go ahead regardless. I ate loads of rubbish food and takeaways... He's a healthy almost 5 year old with no issues. My pregnancy from last year October/November ended in miscarriage at 14 weeks this January. With that baby I did everything right, was so careful, ate carefully, took the vitamins, didn't smoke or drink or take any medications. Not even ibuprofen through migraines! But for no known reason the babies heart stopped beating.

So please don't blame yourself, as horrid as it is you probably would have lost that baby whether you took those meds or not and hopefully that's the only experience you ever have to have at losing a baby. Just please don't blame yourself!

I can understand the worry now tho, I have everything crossed for you that you have a healthy and happy pregnancy that results in a healthy bundle of joy for you ♥️🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Well, I had excruciating lower back pain and extremely sore and sensitive boobs five days before I got a positive test. It was twins though. Didn't get any implantation pain or bleeding so can't say when the pain was in relation to that - could have been between 2 and 8 days after we DTD. Also worth noting I ovulate early in the month as a rule.

@Ttcmumma oh i am sorry to hear what you went through💐.. it is very hard especially when you take every bit of care and that too at 14 weeks.. thank you for your kind words though 😊 yeah i guess you are right, i shouldnt beat myself over it.. some things are just never meant to be and all i can do is just hope for the best. I wasnt this worried on my son's turn and that was the very first time i was preggo too so didnt know what to expect, just went with the flow and i have a healthy happy 1.5 year old now.
@newrubylane oh lucky you.. a part of me is wishing i have twins some day😍i didnt get back pains just sore boobs and headache and i tested the same day with a faint positive so just playing the waiting game.. will check again after 2 long days 🙄
