Hi! Is anyone else currently on their two week wait?? We dtd only once during my fertile window and this is C1 of ttc for #1! We wanted to take it slow and easy at first to get used to it all. So I'm not doing opk's and not dtd every other day or anything like that. Just taking it super easy this month. Might try and dtd a little more during my fertile window next month if this month isn't successful. Which obviously I'm not expecting it to be cos the chances are quite low! BUT regardless. I keep getting little nervous butterflies and just wanted some company at the start of this all!! AF is due 23rd April so I'm right at the start of ttw!

@RegardingPersephone oh don’t worry I have to, just did one as I feel like I have a few symptoms (pretty sure I’m making them up) and no surprises no line. Didn’t realise how hard this TWW would be, especially as I know we didn’t really try much this cycle

That's exactly how I feel. I'm going to force myself to wait at least three days before I test! It is so difficult tho

Put my frer into a website that is meant to sharpen lines and it showed this... Not sure if I'm imagining a line or the website is just embellishing an indent. Will see tomorrow... Not getting my hopes up.

I see a v faint line but wouldn't be able to say if it was a line or an indent! See what tomorrow brings.

@Star2023 @Omgreally11 I feel the same about the TCC process. It's so stressful and upsetting! I am so impatient and slightly obsessed. I've got ADHD so I tend to get hyperfocused which isn't great for this kind of thing 😂

Thanks @Omgreally11. I thought the same. Not sure it's anything. Quite crampy tonight so not sure if that's AF signalling her arrival or just a continuation of the cramps I've had since ovulation!

Yep, me! DTD twice during what I think was my fertile window - 7 days ago and 3 days go. Miscarried four months ago and my cycles have been haywire since. Had EWM and high sex drive. Waiting until 13 DPO to test. Oh the wait sucks. I always go a bit insane.

The wait feels really long. I've been tired again today and a bit cranky. Again, it could just be coincidence. I'm generally quite tired most of the time anyway

I'm 8-9 dpo today and have a big temp drop this morning which seems too early for AF! Really hope it's not cos she's coming super early!

I also have been sleeping terrible the last 3 nights awake from around 3.30am and not getting back to sleep really so I don't even know if my temps would be anywhere near accurate at this point! Just wait and see I guess, we're in the middle of decorating the bedroom so we're sleeping on the floor of the lounge on the mattress with our 2 cats milling about all night 😂

@suz2285 I think so too! It was much clearer today! I'm 10dpo so hoping tomorrow will be even clearer.

Oh god I've been there (sleeping on the floor of the lounge) with the addition of a dog with just had surgery! It is not fun I feel for you.

Yeah well some of us are up at 3am googling implantation dips and some of us are peacefully snoring away quite happy at sleeping peacefully (DH 😂)

I just did a clear blue early response test and this came up within timeframe but not sure if it’s an indent/ Evap?

@Star2023 it’s hard to tel with the clear blue ones as the ink is blue, but it’s quite a strong line so fingers crossed for you! I just did a first response one and got a vvvv feint line. Not getting my hopes up yet but will test again tomorrow or Saturday xx

Joining in as I'm 1dpo today. I had a mc 4 weeks ago (at 8 weeks) so I'm just relieved my cycles are back and I definitely caught ovulation yesterday with opk and bbt testing. Right now I feel quite relaxed that it is unlikely to happen this cycle, let's see if that feeling continues through the tww.

Ttc #2, our dd will be 3 in July. With the pregnancy I just had that ended in mc my symptoms started at 6 or 7 dpo and I had a bfp at 9 dpo. So I'm not even going to pretend I won't be testing early!

@Hankthehonk so sorry for your loss, I lost my son in jan at 22 weeks, he was my first baby. Ttc after loss is stressful and scary. I’m excited that it might be a positive but the next stage scares the life out of me. Good luck and sending you lots of baby dust ❤️🤞🌈

@Luciechapman I'm so very sorry for your loss, I was devastated to lose my pregnancy at 8 weeks (we had seen a heartbeat and been told everything was fine a few days before which made it harder) so I can't imagine how much more painful it must have been to lose your son. A close friend of mine lost their son at 26 weeks and being close to them through that gave me a glimpse of the agony.
I know I'll be incredibly anxious if and when I fall pregnant again and that positive scans won't even reassure me now after the experience we just had. I'm enjoying a tiny window this week of not feeling anxious, I was pleasantly surprised that ovulation happened relatively quickly and in quite a textbook way.
Sending you so much luck for a healthy pregnancy.

@Star2023 that's definitely positive! I've used that test before and it looked exactly like that for me too... It'll probably be darker in a few days as well!

@Luciechapman sorry to hear about your loss, i'm also TTC after loss as well. Same as @Hankthehonk lost my last at 8 weeks. Such a horrible experience that I do not want to repeat, fingers crossed that line develops for you! It looks like a very early positive to me! good luck!

I'm just waiting to see what happens now after a temp dip today! it's too early for AF at 8-9 DPO but this is my first cycle after MC and last cycle i had a very short Luteal Phase so i'm not sure quite if it's back to normal yet.... in fact of the 5 or so cycles there's been varying reasons for the cycle not being normal so i'm not 100% sure what my usual Luteal Phase is! 😂

@Hankthehonk @suz2285 thank you, it’s been an awful start to the year. Max had a neural tube defect so we had a TFMR . Unfortunately it’s not something they can detect until 16 weeks so any pregnancy now will be a bag of nerves up until that point. I’m so sorry for both your losses, I had an early scan with Max as I was convinced something was wrong, I guess I was sort of right. Baby dust to everyone 🤞❤️

Took far too many tests this morning but it is confirmed! I'm 11DPO. FRER still quite faint but I assume because HCG doubles every two days that this why. A new set of worries awaits me now 😬.

Quite chuffed about the timing though. I've always said that it would be ideal to have a Dec/Nov baby and then when I go back to school after maternity I get paid for the summer holidays and get longer whilst being paid. Fingers crossed for a sticky bean 🤞

Ahh @RegardingPersephone those are great looking ones, I feel like the digital ones make it feel more real than just a line! Congratulations!

I really struggled to find an early response tests yesterday ( went to 3 shops) but got some FRER arriving today for tomorrow morning. I stupidly used a cheap one which says it’s mainly accurate on day after missed period which wouldn’t be till Tuesday and it came back negative, trying to tell myself I’m not out just yet.

@RegardingPersephone congrats! Agree that it doubles every 2 days so you'll notice a difference if you do another in a few days I'm sure, totally right though, onto new worries 😂

Well I'm out, AF arrived this morning, short LP again - 9 days for the 2nd cycle after MC, hoping this sort itself out soon it's really disheartening, been trawling the threads and it's basically a mix of 'it won't make any difference with a short LP, or yeah you'll need help to conceive so god knows! I've ordered a few more supplements to try and I'll see how it is next month I guess 🤷‍♀️
