Officially at my two week wait. I did a 6 days early first response... negative. I'm guessing the game is definitely over this month ? Have anyone even tested positive beyond this . Hate the thought of having to take these drugs next month again was really hoping this month would be when we'd finally get preggers. Ive had pain similar to ovulation for few days ( but I do have pcos ) felt a bit sick eating rich food and have heart beat in my ear so really thought I was pregnant this month. Gutted

I'm in a similar boat so would love any advise you may have. I'm 14dpo with a bfn this morning. First round of Letrozole, 8&11dpo bleeding, cramping pains etc. Peak ovulation test on 25th March and bd all over my fertile window. It's hard because I feel like I'm doing all right but it's not working.

@shoegirl36 I got pregnant on my first medicated cycle of clomid but it turned out to be a chemical. My pregnancy test on 14dpo was postive. We took a break last cycle as I had tested positive and I wasn't sure at the time if it was common pregnancy bleeding or a loss and then continued this cycle. Test was very much negative. I even held it upto the light in hope of a teeny tiny faint line but nope .
I'll test again in 2 days but I'm not holding out much hope. During the cycle I did get pregnant I had alot of cramps around implantation time so hoped that's why I was having. I guess I've just been over thinking symptoms. I'm 37 with pcos so egg quality probably isn't helping the situation

It's just so hard to see negative after negative constantly. All I've wanted is to start my family and it's seemingly getting more and more impossible. Letrozole this cycle certainly seemed to bring ovulation to when it was supposed to be as I have PCOS and irregular cycles. Do you think 14dpo I'm out this cycle? Also if you have any tips and tricks to conceiving that would be great x

@Moonlight66 any advise would be amazing if you were happy to chat x

@Moonlight66 I'm a day behind you. 13 dpo and 👎
I am also 37 , and have pcos.
How are you finding clomid? I'm going to be starting my first round In this next cycle while we await ivf /icsi ( he has morphology issues)
We've been trying since 2005 😢

Periods were extremely irregular and never ovulated in my life but past few cycles I've have become more regular and im ovulating naturally.
I lost my first pregnancy in dec, which is the first cycle I've ever ovulated , which I know is extremely lucky but now I'm struggling to get pregnant again. It's just so fustrating isn't it

MK85 · 09/04/2023 23:24

@shoegirl36 are you taking any supplements or medication beside the letrozole ?

shoegirl36 · 10/04/2023 09:26

@MK85 hey. I currently take Pregnacare, inositol, folic acid and a multivitamin on top of Metformin and Letrozole. It's only my first cycle on the prescription ones though. I did get a peak LH test on 25th March and as my bloods and internal ultrasound were fine previous to starting I would assume I did ovulate on 26th March. I was told I couldn't have kids by a dr many years ago and fell pregnant by accident in July/august 2021 which ended in a miscarriage. I took positives from the situation in that I didn't think I'd be a mum ever and that's all I want. I have been with my partner and having unprotected sex since we met and haven't fallen pregnant yet. It's so hard because for me now is the perfect time. I'm 28,29 this year, in my home with my partner and his dad, have a lot of support from my family. A baby is the only thing missing x
