Does anyone experience cramps 7 days before period?

I don’t usually think about this question but as I’ve been trying to conceive for 4 months I’m symptom spotting ! I had cramps yesterday whilst I was out , but my period is due on Saturday. Im 9DPO. Can you get period cramps 7 days before youre due ? I’d like to think it was implantation but I read online you would show a dip in your bbt which I’ve been tracking (which I don’t)

Does anyone experience cramps 7 days before period?

I always start to cramp at least a week before my period is due to start. That is how I know it is on the way. But I also cramped when I was pregnant.

Thanks @Hey2021 , I usually cramp the day before my period is due, so I was confused why I was cramping yesterday. But yeh , probably to do with my period coming!!
