Im stressing out a little and need some advice. I’m on holiday in Japan with my DH and the condom we were using broke. I’m currently not on any hormonal birth control, this was my first month off the pill after about 10 years of taking it. We’re not planning to start a family just yet (planning for later this year though) and from what I can see there are no over-the-counter emergency contraception pills available, it all needs to be through prescription.
My last period was on the 4 March but this was a ‘pill period’, and I don’t actually know when my first real period is due to start - my app says tomorrow but that might not be accurate.
I suppose my question is what are the chances of a pregnancy occurring a few days before a period, seeing as I have no access to the MAP.
Any real-life anecdotes that could help me stop stressing would be great - we’ve been planning this holiday for three years and really don’t want this to ruin it!
