I see a vvv faint shadow but I'd not be sure it's not an evap

Did you go over the max dip line or splash on the stick (if you were holding under urine stream)? It looks flooded because of the discolouration below the blue strip and the colour bleed above the max line.

I would hold urine for 4 hours and test again.
