Indent, Evap or positive? I can’t tell

Hi guys!

I’m 4 days late to my period now and I’m so confused as I am never late. I am TTC.

When I missed my period on day 1 I took a test and it seemed I could see an extremely faint line that was tricky to see. It was there (don’t have a pic). Straight afterwards on the same day I tested with 3 more tests and they were all negative. But I didn’t hold my pre in like they say to get more concentrated pee. I also followed up those negatives with a digital test and it was a BFN. Then day 3 of missed period I got the above picture and I interpreted it as a positive but still unsure? I then tested again with a digital that night and negative….. I’m just so confused as 2 tests came back during this time as a very, very faint positive (possibly). Does anyone think that this is maybe a positive?

I can see a line on that. I have found that digitals tend not to show for me until around 48 hours after a decent line has shown. They are not as sensitive. Do you know how many Days Post Ovulation you are? X

There is a vf line there. Digitals are known to be more sensitive. Keep testing with frer until you get a strong line. Tentative congrats 😊

All the digitals I took said negative 😢 I think that’s why I’m not believing this line could be not a positive because of that. I also on day 1 missed period had a super faint first response and then I done 2 more tests straight away after and they were negative. Then day 3 the pic above showed up that so I’m just so confused yet unsure! 😫

I am not too sure about ovulation now because I’m starting to think I ovulated late if it’s this faint xx

since I’ve missed my period I keep getting negative digitals 😭 maybe I ovulated late? Xx

Maybe you did mine varies. Did you use ovulation Tests? X

I tracked my ovulation through the flo app but I’m starting to think I possibly did ovulate later and if I did I did have unprotected inter course during that time if that’s the case so I’m busting my brains out trying to figure this out hehe! But I went to the doctor today and I get my results tomorrow through bloods! Xx

ive had so much “snot like” discharge today and then thin white discharge that’s slightly watery in texture so I’m crossing my fingers the cervical changes are a great sign xxx

I can’t see a line, sorry. However, your discharge sounds like you’re about to ovulate or you are ovulating. Tracking bbt is a good way to confirm you have ovulated (temp shoots up and stays high, but you need to start tracking the day after your period ends) or a blood test. Period apps aren’t good for tracking ovulation because many women won’t ovulate at the same time each month.

There’s definitely a line there, unsure how anyone can’t see it. Have you taken another test since? If you do another frer with fmu it should be darker and clearer.

digitals aren’t as sensitive so won’t show until later. The discharge you described sounds normal for early pregnancy too, mine was similar

Just seen it’s the second positive you’ve had, if the lines aren’t getting stronger it could be a chemical unfortunately, fingers crossed it’s just early

Update: blood test came back negative :(

still no period which is so strange for me!

possibly having Covid earlier this month has thrown off my period otherwise we will investigate but yeah thank you everyone for commenting xxxx

Sorry about your bfn!
I suggest you track ovulation with the ovulation kit so you know when your chances to conceive are better. Apps usually give you an ideal approximation when you may ovulate but for many women it's wrong. I ovulate a few days later than what the app suggests.
