Resting heart rate - am I symptom spotting or is this good news?

Hi all!

It’s my first cycle TTC with my partner, I’m 26. I’ve read on here that rising resting heart rate CAN be a symptom of pregnancy, and mine is definitely rising since just before ovulation. I can’t guarantee the exact day I ovulated but believe it was 20th or 21st. I’d currently be 5/6 DPO.

I’ve attached charts for the week and month. Is this looking promising/has anyone had a similar pattern before that resulted in pregnancy? X

Hi, how are you getting on? I have a thing about tracking my RHR. I have thyroid problems and can always tell if my HR is under or overactive depending on what my HR is doing.

From 7dpo I noticed that it jumped up a beat per min, then slowly increased by a beat or two every day until now it's 7bpm faster than normal. I'm 13dpo and just got my bfp yesterday.

So it looks like implantation could have caused my RHR to jump!

Hey @Pitstop1986 congratulations!! After reading your comment and trawling through loads of other RHR threads, I’m not holding out much hope. My RHR has remained 68 for 6 days in a row now! AF due in 2 days but haven’t had a drop yet, so confused but crossing my fingers!

Were you testing negative before 13dpo or were you good and waited? Congrats again!
