Can you have NK cells tested when pregnant?

I've had a MMC and 2 chemicals and am looking to arrange NK cells testing after the NHS recurrent miscarriage tests came back fine. But I've just found out I'm pregnant again and wondered if I can have my NK cells tested now, to be able to access preventative treatment? I'm assuming I would only be able to have the NK cells assessed through a blood test and not an endometrial scratch, so would need to go to a clinic offering the blood test. From my research, I've read Dr Shehata tests NK cells via a blood test, but Dr Gorgy does it via the endometrial scratch? Another consideration is that I'm already a patient at a different fertility clinic so would rather not switch over my treatment completely to a new clinic (which I think Dr Shehata would require?). Any advice would be very much appreciated. I want this pregnancy to succeed so badly!

I'm under CRP/prod Shehata. You're definitely not allowed to ttc during the tests, so no I don't think you can test now, sorry. I'm with a different ivf clinic and it was fine working with both in parallel. You could still contact CRP and see what they say though.

@seven201 thank you for replying, that’s really useful to know. Will call CRP on Monday and ask. Best of luck with your journey x
