Period cramps 8dpo

Anyone had period like cramps 8dpo.
I feel a bit nauseous at times as well. No spotting and no other symptoms. The two week wait seems so long

I had cramps but it felt more like ovulation pains on my right hand side (the ovary I ovulated from this cycle) at 7DPO.

Got a faint line at 10DPO and confirmed at 12DPO.

Oh I hope and pray been having a mixture of both ovulation pain on the side I ovulated and period pains. Also had back ache for two days as well

I get them every month and every month I get my hopes up so I've just stopped hopping at this point a year and a half in

@Blossomandpop Yes me! I'm way past the point of symptom spotting as I've been TTC for 12 cycles, however I can't deny that I've had a aching feeling in my pelvis which is radiating to my lower back. I had the same when pregnant with my daughter (5 years ago) so it's really getting my hopes up. I'm 9 dpo today (the aching started yesterday at 8dpo).
Obviously I know there are loads of other things that could be causing it and I'm really trying not to get excited. AF isn't due until Sat so got a long week ahead of me.

I'm so sorry to hear you had a miscarriage. How are you doing now, assume you are 10dpo today? When is AF due?

I should be due af on Fri but no idea if I will be on time as I don’t know if the mc has thrown me out. Yes I’m 10dpo got slight back ache. Period pains have gone. Only lasted roughly two days now just the odd tugging feeling down one side. Got a bitter metallic taste in my mouth. No other symptoms tho. Done a cheaply test this morning but was neg, but it’s probably too early. Will keep you posted but not getting hopes up x

My 'symptoms' at that point were exactly the same as premenstrual symptoms. Literally no difference.

I’m pretty sure it is just at on its way too. I think my hormones are just adjusting

I wasn't trying to make you lose hope or anything, I had actually taken the MAP so my mindset was probably different and I tested negative roughly 10dpo before I got a positive the day period was due. All using cheap tests. It just felt so much like AF was imminent that I convinced myself that was it.

@Blossomandpop i'm in exactly the same situation first cycle after MC, i'm 8DPO as well! I've had some cramps DPO 5-6 and again today! Def feels like AF is on it's way but i've no idea when to expect it because my normal cycle times are out of whack, i'm going by my normal luteal phase which could be anywhere between DPO 9 - 14!

So due any time..... I'm planning to test on DPO 13-14 if AF still not arrived! BUT i did have cramping before my "period" last time, which never turned into AF because I was pregnant, I felt like i was about to get AF for about 3-4 days before I got my BFP. So it could go either way!😂And apparently it's common to get pregnant again quickly after MC, hence why we started TTC right away!

I think I’m 85% sure I ain’t pregnant as everything is differed to last time plus I feel like if I convince myself it’s af coming I won’t be disappointed x

Fingers crossed for us both. I did an ovulation test on the 9th am it was neg and did another same day pm and it was a blazing positive. We dtd on the 10th as he was away for a few days. Just keeping everything crossed. Forgot to mention I nearly fainted on sat as well x

@Blossomandpop Ah yes I suppose you can't be sure when AF will arrive. I'm sorry you have had a BFN, but like you say it is very early days and could change yet.
I'm the same, I prefer to convince myself I'm not pregnant so I'm not as disappointed and then if I am it will be a nice surprise!
