I'm 26, DH is 27. We've been trying for 23 months now, doctors have just put us on a waiting list, can someone please convince me it'll be okay Sad

We've considered going private, we're waiting to see what our doctor can offer us, but at this point I don't think a baby is in our future at all

Ah bless you. I've been where you are, and now I have a gorgeous 1 year old, so keep the faith! At your age you have SO much time to explore all the options out there and the technology is getting better all the time.

We ended up having IVF privately as I was in my mid 30s already and was told I had a much lower egg reserve than average, so time was not on our side. If you do end up having to go down that road then be assured, it's really not that bad!

Wishing you all the luck in the world xx

It's good that it is being explored by the doctors now as it means that you have the best chance of facing whatever head on and as early as possible.

I wouldn't give up. TTC takes a toll on physical and mental health, the constant hoping, anticipation and disappoints are exhausting.

I would say personally take a break even if it is for one cycle.

Are you using OPKs, tracking ovulation. Taking vitamins. Recommend insotil and folic acid.
