AF 4 days late but negative pregnancy tests

As it says above.... any advice??

Usually very regular so this is unusual.

It can happen, especially if you've been a bit stressed. Mine was 6 days late last month, but it showed up in the end. All you can do is wait and keep testing!

Hi OP I’m in the same boat. Usually 27 day cycle and now on day 30 confused. Thinking maybe all the tracking ovulation and testing is causing delay here - anxiety/stress. Been eating loads and exercising as that can push AF along! Hoping somehow I’ve got a delayed BFP still 🤣

@PabsyPops I’ve stopped testing now as they’ve been so negative and just waiting for it to start. My cycle before last was 32 then 27 so thinking maybe it’s just going back to 32. But really frustrating.

Did you track ovulation and actively try this cycle?

I didn't track ovulation but we are actively trying

@PabsyPops None at all, no AF and still BFN, I’m completely confused. Quite upset really as was so confident my periods were on a good track and can only think that maybe as I’ve started working out intensely again it’s affected them. Did a test again today and another BFN.

No advice but I feel you! I was 5 days late today, with 2 bfns when testing, and AF arrived this morning! Usually very regular, never late so was very confused 😕

Feeling very down today but glad somethings happened to give me my clear answer. On to the next month ...

Super common. I was 28 days on the clock. Then when ttc I was late - once by a month this happened a few times. The doctor did say stress can be a factor. Very annoying!!

I didn't get a positive test until my period was 11 days late?

AF arrived... gutted but at least I know now

Me too, mine also came today. At least we have a bit more clarity from a new cycle, the only positive really!
