Liklihood of BFP from sex 6 days before ovulation

Wondering if anyone got pregnant having sex 6 days before ovulation? DP and I dtd on CD8 and in my head I thought this was definitely not in my fertile window (I've only just started tracking my cycles again after DC1) but then ovulated on CD14, when usually it's CD17... wondering if I might unexpectedly be in for a surprise! We're planning to start TTC in a couple of months anyway but just got me thinking of what the odds were (however small!)...

I would very much doubt it. I think Sperm only live for 3 to 5 days x

Sperm can live up to 5 days but most will die before then. It would be very unlikely although it only needs one little swimmer to have clung on

Thanks for replies... thought so, but thought it was worth an ask! 😁even so, I know I'll probably be disappointed when AF turns up. Sigh
