Signs you were pregnant

So I'm trying to have my third baby and we are only the second month in but I am super nervous this time, I had a false positive last month on a first response test so that's made me super anxious, now I'm over analysing everything, I'm only 8dpo and stupidly started testing and it was negative so now I'm already thinking nup nor our month because I knew really early with my last 2, however today I had lower back pain and mild pains in my lower right abdomen and thought maybe implantation, my boobs were super sore yesterday but not so much today qnd I also couldn't stay awake today. I'm just wondering what others experience was like (I know it's not my first baby) but I just don't feel that optimistic for some reason.

I felt seasick for the first time on the cross channel ferry &, like you, my nipples felt sensitive & itchy about a week later. From memory it wasn't every day.

I think if hcg levels are high enough to cause symptoms, they'll be high enough to register on a test. I just felt like i was getting a period, exactly the same.

first sign always a change in my sense of smell and taste, that happened super early. Went off tea, couldn’t stand the smell of my face cream etc, this was before I missed my first period. Also mild queasiness and tender breasts. Swiftly followed a few days later with the throwing up etc. if I remember correctly I think I had a little twinge on the right hand lower side of my abdomen too. Not sore, just a little niggle for a day or 2.

As above if hcg is causing symptoms it’ll show on test. I’m pregnant with my third and didn’t have any symptoms with any of them before the positive test. When TTC you become hyper sensitive to every little niggle, try not to symptom spot it’ll drive you mad.

I had no symptoms whatsoever other than tiredness which was more than normal tiredness, it was really "intense" for want of a better word. I put it down to other stuff going on but I realised when I got my test and worked out dates what it was.
