What were your early pregnancy symptoms ?

Hello all.

Second month Ttc baby no.2.

I was sure I didn’t ovulate last week (usually ovulate around day 15/16/17 with a 29/ 30 day cycle)

I didn’t get my usual egg white cervical mucus or the pressure down below when I ovulate 🤔

However. I am now on day 20 of cycle. The last 3 days I’ve had very very full boobs and sensitive nipples. And this afternoon I’ve got awful stomach ache (like the intense period pains that make you want to 💩)

I’m also very gassy and keep getting a very urgent need to go for a wee. Which isn’t like me, I like to think I have a strong bladder 🤣

Is it too early to have symptoms? I’m just concerned because like I say I didn’t think I ovulated so thought I was out this month. But the boobs are a huge giveaway.

My first we were never officially trying but I think I only had the sensitive nipples which is normal for me before my period anyway.

Could just be a stomach bug but Hey Ho 🥴

I was COLD. Freezing - like a fever when you just can't get warm (but are warm).

Boobs so painfully even clothes hurt and unusual pains low in my belly.

I’ve had lots of ‘symptoms’ when I’ve been about to get my period. With all 3 of my pregnancies I never had anything at all. I don’t think there’s actually anything in symptom spotting. If hcg is strong enough to be causing symptoms then it’s strong enough to show on a test, most people are just hyper aware of everything their body is doing when TTC.

Oh I remember the cold feeling! I was absolutely freezing.
Dizziness was a very early symptom of both my pregnancies. It's actually why I tested with them both 😊

Really sore nipples like really sore. My husband walked past me and the breeze hurt them.

For me, both times and second time twins so double hormones, nothing at all until I had tested positive, so maybe 1/2 days after period due.

then veins in boobs, bloating in the week that followed

My boobs were so sore. I remember driving home from somewhere and the seat belt pressing against my boobs genuinly hurt so badly. I tested that day and bam, pregnant. I was about 5 weeks then? No other symptoms at that point

Swollen, tender boobs for me too. It was just before my period was due and it felt like the wrong time of the month for that symptom. I had been logging things in the Clue app as we were half-heartedly using 'natural cycle contraception' and saw that it didn't match up so tested.

Thanks to those who have replied so far.
it’s just so strange that I didn’t think I ovulated but I still have the sore nipples / fuller boobs. However the stomach pain yesterday afternoon was awful. But not due on for another 8/9 days..

anyway like you say I could just be over thinking everything. Will keep you all updated.. I’m going to hang on to test until next Friday xx

Insomnia. I’ve had three pregnancies and each time I’ve found it impossible to sleep pretty much from conception.

The week before I missed my period I felt sick, so much so I thought I had a touch of a tummy bug. No actually vomiting , just more of an upset. Apparently my mother was the same with me.

I am roughly a week before my period is due too and that’s how I felt yesterday. Like I had a stomach bug but only for a few hrs. It was awful.
could it be implantation bleeding ?

My first pregnancy (which ended in a chemical) was what I guess was implantation cramps and then weirdly a few days before I did my positive test, I kept putting my hand on my tummy before going up and down stairs?
Then current pregnancy was a few days before positive test I went for a wee consecutive nights which I never normally do! No implantation cramps that I noticed (or bleeding - either time).
Both I had sore boobs but I always have that in the lead up to my period anyway.
Nausea/sensitivity to smell and tiredness didn't start for me til 6 weeks

My first very early symptom was super sore nipples! My bra even hurt to wear, it was a long time ago now but I think I had some water/milk ?! Come from them, like teeny bits

Thank you so much! It was so strange, wasn’t expecting it at all. Only fuller boobs with sore nipples, late period and just feeling weirdly relaxed! Sickness came at 6 weeks but only lasted a week! Now just really bloated.xx
