Still lactating 2 years after stopping breastfeeding

I still get a little bit of milk come out every so often when I squeeze (I don't do this all the time btw I check every so often to see if it's stopped). I haven't breastfed in two years and I am now ttc no2 with no joys yet. About to start cycle 5 (took 6 to conceive my DD) and I'm worried this lactating is potentially hindering me. I appear to be ovulating, positive opks and change in BBT confirms such but I can't help but worry.
Anyone else have this and have no issues/issues conceiving?

I had this, 18m after stopping BF and I was still producing milk exactly like you describe, only if I checked by squeezing.

I conceived again on cycle two so it didn’t hinder us at all. Obviously that doesn’t mean it isn’t affecting your chances but I haven’t got a clue on the biology of it all… hopefully another poster can give you more proper information rather than my anecdotal experience.

@PaulRuddDoesntAge love you name btw, brilliant. Thank you for the reply. Just knowing someone else has had no issues conceiving makes me feel loads better so thank you

I was also actively breastfeeding our 15 month old and was able to get pregnant but I know it can be a struggle sorry I'm it sure if that's helpful ! I really hope it happens for you soon !

That is normal, many women never stop completely, or if they do, start again when they squeeze.

I was still lactating if I squeeze after 20 years, no trouble conceiving
